Welcome to Boulder Collective. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website bouldercollectiveco.com, and your booking of, and stay at, Boulder Collective. By booking a stay, using our website, or otherwise interacting with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not book a stay or use our website.
1. Bookings and Reservations
All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by Boulder Collective.
A valid form of payment is required at the time of booking to secure a reservation.
Reservation details (dates, party size, rate) will be confirmed via email or SMS at the time of booking.
Boulder Collective reserves the right to decline or cancel a reservation at its discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, policy violations, or circumstances beyond our control.
2. Payment Terms
Rates are quoted in U.S. dollars and are subject to change until a reservation is confirmed.
Applicable taxes and fees will be disclosed prior to checkout.
Payment is processed securely through New Book. Boulder Collective does not store full payment card details.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 2 days or more prior to the scheduled arrival date are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 1 day of arrival are non-refundable.
No-shows will be charged the full reservation amount and are not eligible for a refund.
Boulder Collective reserves the right to modify or waive cancellation terms on a case-by-case basis, including for emergencies or extenuating circumstances, at its sole discretion.
In the event Boulder Collective must cancel a reservation (e.g., due to construction delays, property issues, or events beyond our control), guests will be offered a full refund or the option to rebook.
4. Check-In / Check-Out
Check-in time: 3pm
Check-out time: 11am
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and is subject to availability and additional fees.
5. Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to treat the property, staff, and other guests with respect.
Boulder Collective reserves the right to remove any guest from the property, without refund, for conduct that is unlawful, unsafe, or that violates these Terms.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay beyond normal wear and tear.
The property is intended for the number of guests specified at booking. Exceeding the stated occupancy without prior approval may result in additional charges or removal from the property.
6. Assumption of Risk and Liability
Boulder Collective is located in a natural canyon-adjacent environment. Guests acknowledge that outdoor and rural settings carry inherent risks, including but not limited to uneven terrain, wildlife, weather conditions, and limited connectivity/emergency response times.
By booking a stay, guests voluntarily assume all risks associated with their visit and use of the property and any amenities.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boulder Collective, its owners, and its staff are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from a guest's stay, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Guests are encouraged to maintain their own travel and health insurance coverage.
7. Property Use and Amenities
Amenities are subject to change based on construction progress, seasonal availability, and maintenance needs.
Boulder Collective will make reasonable efforts to notify guests in advance of any amenities that are unavailable during their stay.
8. SMS Communications
By opting in to SMS communications from Boulder Collective, you agree to receive text messages related to your booking, stay, and — if you've consented — marketing and promotional messages. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP at any time to opt out of SMS communications. Reply HELP for assistance.
Boulder Collective will not sell or share your mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design elements — is the property of Boulder Collective and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boulder Collective shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or your stay at the property.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Twin Falls County, Idaho.
12. Changes to These Terms
Boulder Collective reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website or booking of a stay after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
